Here’s a miniature horse playing with an exercise ball and we can’t stop smiling

So, here’s an absolutely adorable Storyful video of a miniature horse playing with an exercise ball that reminds us how long it’s been since we’ve hit the gym, which we’re not feeling so good about at the moment. But not even the shame of extended fitness hiatus can get us down because we have this video to provide us with endless smiles.

If doing stability ball exercises was as fun as this horse makes it look, we’d probably be total gym rats by now. Come to think of it, we’ve seen a goat play with a yoga ball with just as much enthusiasm, so maybe we should reconsider our approach to this exercise situation.

In the meantime, we’ll try to adjust our attitudes towards fitness, which might actually work if we have videos like this to keep us entertained and motivated during workouts.
