This video of Millie Bobby Brown belting out Beyoncé is the “Carpool Karaoke” episode we deserve

Millie Bobby Brown only keeps offering better and better Instagram content. On Friday, April 20th, the Stranger Things star got real on her Instagram Story about the importance of kindness and self-love. Then, on Saturday, April 28th, Millie Bobby Brown posted a DIY Carpool Karaoke video of her belting out Beyoncé songs. In the video, which would probably make James Corden super proud, she’s in the car singing some of Bey’s greatest hits.

The caption on her Instagram video read, “Ashes to ashes. Dust to side chicks,” which is a quote from a Warsan Shire poem used in Beyoncé’s Lemonade. Brown’s video started with her singing “Countdown.” After that, she took a break from singing to hilariously point out, “We just passed someone with a blue face.” Then she added, “He had hair. He had blonde hair.”

Then, she sang “Best Thing I Never Had,” “Deja Vu” (Brown proudly rapped some of Jay-Z’s part), “Sorry,” “Formation,” and “Don’t Hurt Yourself.” At the end of the karaoke session, she went back to “Sorry” for the line, “Better call Becky with the good hair.” Speaking of hair, it should be noted that throughout the video, Brown showed off her stellar hairography skills, including frequent hair flips and hair scrunches. In other words: She totally rocked it.

That’s not even the first time that Brown’s posted a car-karaoke video on Instagram, either. It seems like singing in the car might be one of the Stranger Things star’s favorite pastimes.
