Are millennials on Team Kim or Team Swift? The results are in

The feud between Kanye West and Taylor Swift has been going on for, like, forever. If you need a quick refresher, West famously interrupted Swift at the 2009 MTV Music Awards, during her speech for winning Best Female Video and created all sorts of memes in the process.

They kinda sorta made up after that…

… until West made slammed Swift in his song “Famous,” from The Life of Pablo. By slamming, we mean this monstrosity: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / I made that b**ch famous.”

SO, all this obviously begs the question: Who do people side with? The feud is probably not going to end anytime soon, so it seems appropriate to make a decision and stick with it.

Now due to the fact that West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, has very strong feelings about this subject matter, (also, remember when she leaked a Snapchat recording earlier this week, where West supposedly asked Swift for permission to use her name in the song and igniting the #KimExposedTaylorParty trend) his “team” is dubbed Team Kim (you know, like “Kimye”).

Prepare yourselves, because it’s Team Kim vs. Team Swift, and it’s getting ugly. So we know where the players stand, but what about everyone else?

Millennials have been talking about this all over Yik Yak, and detailed, state-by-state results are in!

As you can see, way more millennials are pro-Kim. There are only a handful of states where decisions are split (Come on, North Dakota, Colorado, Tennessee, and Maine!)

Here are some snapshots from the discussion.

This one sums it up perfectly.

Making fun (and silly) decisions like these is similar to the escapism of watching a movie, so go ahead, get involved, cast your vote, chat with friends about Kimye and Swift. The more people who weigh in on this discussion, the funnier it will turn out (we have a funny feeling).

The battle is ON.
