Is Miley Cyrus about to release new music?
It’s time to dust off your wrecking ball, get ready to twerk, and to loosen up your tongue, as it looks like Miley Cyrus is prepping to release new music.
It’s been nearly two years since Miley surprised us all and Beyoncéd her free album, Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz, a collection of psychedelic pop songs inspired by the works of the Flaming Lips, and experimental R&B.
And while Miley and her father, Billy Ray, currently have fans thinking that the singer has married her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, it seems that the picture that caused some slight hysteria the other day might have actually been related to something else: new music.

Well, now it seems that Miley Cyrus’ dad, Billy Ray, has let slip that Miley has been filming something, and people are getting pretty excited.
In a now deleted tweet (suspect), Billy Ray shared a picture of Miley and wrote:
"Looks like it's time to rock n roll @MileyCyrus #happy Excited to hear more of the new stuff !!!!! Turn it loose !
Luckily, some beady eyed fans screen grabbed the tweet, which you can see below.

Eeek!
This isn’t the first time that we’ve been given a teaser that Miley is working to a followup to her last pop album, 2013’s Bangerz. Earlier this year, Miley shared an Instagram snap of a recording studio, complete with stuffed animals and psychedelic rugs.

However, while we wait for Miley to drop her anticipated album, it seems that the youngest Cyrus, Noah, is also forging her way forward in music, too. In January, Noah shared her debut single, the wonky but sublime “Make Me (Cry).”

If you’re looking for any sibling rivalry here, though, you won’t find it. In fact, Miley lost all her chill after her sister performed the song during the iHeartRadio Awards. Sisters sticking together; that’s what we like to see!
Noah Cyrus releases her debut album NC:17 later this year. It’s also expected that Miley will release her album later this year, too. We can’t wait for both of them, tbh!
