Miley Cyrus licks postage stamps in this “Carpool Karaoke” teaser

Well, it’s a good thing she can poke fun at herself every now and then. Miley Cyrus will be on Carpool Karaoke with James Corden, and from the teaser that was just released, it looks like her tongue plays a pretty important part.

In the clip, Corden notes that Cyrus’s tongue has been making “less of an appearance today than it used to.” Cyrus, who has an impressively long tongue, decided to help out Corden stay on top of his bills and letters — by licking postage stamps. We’re shocked that Corden hasn’t invested in the self-adhesive type yet, but hey — we’re not telling the late night host how to spend his money.

The segment will be airing tonight, and we’re already impressed with the insanely good vocals that are busting out of Corden’s car. We know the two will definitely be covering “Party In The U.S.A.,” which came out in 2009, but the other hits remain a mystery.

Personally, we hope the two cover “Wrecking Ball,” even though Cyrus has gone on record to say that she’s not super impressed with either the song or the music video anymore.

We’re also curious to see if Cyrus plans on covering any songs from her most recent album, Younger Now. Her single “Malibu” has been out for some time, so it’s quite possible that Corden already has the lyrics memorized.

The good news is that we don’t have to wait much longer to see how it all goes down. Cyrus will be appearing on Carpool Karaoke during tonight’s episode of The Late Late Show.
