Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps set the BFF bar high at the Oscars red carpet

Besties that walk the red carpet together, stay together.

BFFLs Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps proved this to be true at the 2017 Oscars red carpet tonight. The Dawson’s Creek alums showed up oozing glitz and glam as per usual, donning complimentary gowns that stole the show.

Williams, who’s nominated for Actress in a Supporting Role for her exemplary work in Manchester by the Sea, stuck with her tried-and-true favorite designer, Louis Vuitton. The halter-neck number was oh-so Michelle from head to toe, capturing her dainty elegance and wit with its sparkling skirt, plunging neckline and classic silhouette.

With her perfect pixie and minimal accessories, this is an undeniable win for the seasoned red carpet pro, thanks to her long-time stylist Kate Young.

As for Busy’s gown, the 37-year-old star’s Elizabeth Kennedy gown was a punchy number with a sleek shape. The gown featured circular (not to mention sexy) cutouts that framed the actress’ velvety dress and created a cool, mod feel. Styled by Busy’s go-to gal, Karla Welch, the number was nothing short of perfection.

Tonight’s Oscars rounds out three major red carpets the besties have walked hand-in-hand this awards season, counting the SAGs and Golden Globes in the past weeks. Of course, we’d expect nothing less from this die-hard duo, who are pretty much the epitome of BFF goals.

“I’m so in love with her,” Williams exclaimed of her bestie at a Manchester by the Sea screening. “She’s proof that the love of your life does not have to be a man! That’s the love of my life, right there.”

Now that’s what we wish all of our friendships were like! #BestieGoals
