Michelle Obama did her own version of the Hillary “shimmy shake,” and we’re loving it
I think a lot of us want to be Michelle Obama when we grow up. But just like us, Michelle likely also finds powerful women to be truly inspiring. That’s why we’re loving Michelle Obama’s version of Hillary’s “shimmy shake” that she did at a rally in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?
Obama and Clinton were at their first joint campaign rally together when the move took place. The two seemed to be pretty tight, as they complimented each other on non-political achievements throughout the evening.
Clinton said that one of the real privileges she's had in life was the ability to see both the President and the First Lady dance, which the crowd went wild over. Apparently, that's when the shimmy shake took place.

And, since we can never see the original enough…
Cool moves aside, Michelle Obama also had kind words to say.
"Is she going to say I'm fantastic?" "If people are wondering, yes, Hillary Clinton is my friend," she said, mentioned that both Bill and Hillary Clinton were sweet and supportive of her family once her husband took office.
Having these two on the campaign trail together is pretty fantastic. If you get a chance to see them speak, you should definitely take it — these are two incredibly smart and influential women, and it’ll definitely be an inspirational experience!
