Michael Phelps shared his wedding video and the footage is insanely romantic and glamorous

Have you had an ugly cry today? No? Well, let us fix that for you real quick: Michael Phelps shared his wedding video, Cosmo reports, so break out the Kleenex for the inevitable flood of tears. Unlike the Olympic swimmer’s tight-lipped explanation for the secret wedding he and the mother of his awwdorable son Boomer exchanged vows in this summer, this beautiful footage of the couple’s second ceremony in Cabo San Lucas doesn’t skimp on the wedding day deets.

So, you’re probably expecting personal video and photos shot from a shaky-handed bridesmaid’s iPhone, but no: Phelps and his bride Nicole have treated us to 51 seconds of super fancy wedding footage courtesy of Brides magazine and filmmaker Taylor Chien.

It’s so beautifully shot that for a brief moment, it almost felt like we were watching a romantic film trailer, except this is real life and dammit, our eyeballs are leaking again.

The clip opens with individual shots of the couple preparing for their big day. After an overview of the gorgeous oceanside resort, the bride and groom hold hands and walk down to the beach for a romantic stroll while the sun glistens in the distance and this is just TOO PERFECT TO BE TRUE, GUYS.

The only thing that could make this wedding footage more magical is a cameo by little Boomer (who was actually in attendance), but we’re just thankful the newlyweds were gracious enough to share their special day with us, even if we can barely see through all the tears.
