Michael Phelps is going to be a dad, so all the congrats to him and Nicole Johnson!

Guys, a super baby is going to be born. That’s right: Michael Phelps and his fiancee, Nicole Johnson, are expecting!

Yesterday, Michael took to Instagram to post a super-cute picture of the two of them by the pool, holding up a tiny little swimming uniform that says “MP.” “We found out [8 weeks] ago we were expecting. . . Today we’re over 12 weeks and it looks like we’re having a boy!!!” he wrote in the Instagram caption.

Michael, who is now 30, has been dating Nicole on and off for eight years, and he proposed to her in February. The wedding won’t be happening for some time; Michael told USA Today that they don’t plan on tying the knot until after the Rio de Janeiro Olympics next year. But that was back in April; who knows — maybe with a little Phelps on the way and coming three months before the Olympics, that will change!

“Her and I have been on and off for eight years,” Michael told USA Today back in April. “It’s been a long time. We’ve been through a lot. But I love her to death. We’ve been able to grow as a couple through everything we’ve been through, the positive changes I’ve made in my life. We’re at a completely different level than we’ve ever been in our past relationships.”

Congratulations, guys! We could not be happier for the two of you, and we can’t wait for that happy healthy baby boy to come into the world.
