This Oscar-winner does the best impression of Michael Caine, according to Michael Caine
There’s no doubt that adorable British actor Sir Michael Caine’s Cockney accent is very recognizable. But replicating it is no easy task. So we’re glad that Michael Caine himself revealed who does the best impression.
Of course, no one does a better Michael Caine impression than Michael Caine himself. But recently, Michael went on the Graham Norton Show and dropped some knowledge on all of us. He gave Graham a card that featured a recording of a pretty spot-on impression, and then told us who really does the best Michael Caine.
Apparently, Tom Hanks’s Michael Caine impression is the best, according to the man himself.
"The best impression of my voice I've hear is Tom Hanks, he did it on the late show in New York," says Michael. "Yeah, I saw it and I was surprised. Well, I know Tom Hanks and he'd never done it for me."

Well, Tom Hanks is an Oscar winner for a reason! You can check out his impression in a 2011 “SNL” sketch here, but if you want to try it for yourself, Graham Norton’s got a tip: Just introduce yourself as “My Cocaine.” But be careful — that can come with some dangerous side effects.
Michael Caine also revealed that some people think he’s a drug dealer because of his name.
"I was at a party in the Philippines and the hostess was looking at me rather nastily, he said. “Finally she beckoned me over and said, ‘Are you a drug dealer? When I said, ‘No, why do you ask?’ she said, ‘Why is everyone calling you My Cocaine?’ You know that story is true because you couldn’t make it up.
If you’re going to do a Caine impression, just be careful who you do it around.
