This soothing mermaid toast is the next best thing to breakfast by the beach
While we never even considered that our breakfast could somehow channel the beauty of the ocean, this Instagrammer has opened us up to a whole new world (Little Mermaid pun fully intended). Food stylist and photographer Adeline Waugh makes absolutely stunning food and her most recent creation is mermaid toast. Waugh’s photography proves that food should never be boring and her mermaid toast has us craving some sea salt and ocean breeze in our hair STAT.
Waugh runs the food blog Vibrant and Pure and she made headlines when she introduced her rainbow-colored unicorn toast to the world. Dyed with all natural ingredients, she proves that breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, but it can also be the most beautiful.

Since her mythical creature-themed toast was such a hit, she decided to take it up a notch with mermaid toast.
When opening up about how she created this deliciously soothing treat, Waugh wrote:
"I used a variety of blue green algae powders and liquids mixed with almond milk cream cheese to create this ocean inspired toast 💙"
Oh yeah. Just like Ariel from The Little Mermaid, we think something is starting right now.
Although most of us can’t eat an oceanside breakfast, Waugh’s sea-green toast will sure help you feel like you’re at the beach. Try it next time you need to start your day off with a little beauty and check out Vibrant and Pure for even more gorgeous goodness.
