If you’ve watched the Helvetica documentary from start to finish without falling asleep or rolling your eyes at the deep speculation over font types, we may have discovered your new favorite makeup product.
The brilliant brains behind the indie makeup company Melt Cosmetics are releasing a new Melt Cosmetics highlighter that features eloquent scribbles of text. So you can feed the dragon of font-nerding AND makeup junkie tendencies all in one fell swoop.
The Instagram preview for their upcoming Stargazer highlighter reveals a delightfully soft nude champagne hue that reminds us of Ziggy Stardust. The catch? When applied, the highlighter won’t be shimmer, but rather, will act as a glistening second skin. We’re into it.
The cursive typography only adds to the milky way-inspired glamour and appeal of Stargazer.
We’re eagerly expecting more updates of Stargazer, and the other TBA highlighters etched with brilliant scripts. If we’re lucky, there’s a hidden message to reveal.
We know that Stargazer is just the first to be revealed of a few of the new Digital Dust Highlighters, but we need more.
Will the Golden Ore and Nova highlighters have the same font?! We’ll have to wait and see what font beauty awaits us.
