Melissa Joan Hart shared the most ADORABLE Britney Spears #Throwback, and it’s making us miss the ’90s
If there’s one thing we could spend all day doing it’s delving into our fave ’90s pop culture moments and revelling in those simpler, halcyon days. That’s why when we saw Melissa Joan Hart (aka Sabrina the Teenage Witch) share the most EPIC #throwback to working with Britney Spears we were entranced.
Okay, for the sake of clarity and to be totally open with you, this isn’t the first time that Melissa Joan Hart has thrown some old school love Britney’s way. Last year, she drove us crazy with this #TBT to the “(You Drive Me) Crazy” video, and we got our lives when the two held their own mini-reunion at BritBrit’s Las Vegas show.
However, it’s Melissa’s latest #throwback post that’s making us super, duper nostalgic for the ’90s right now.

Those bunches, that lime green top, the eyeshadow, the dancing; everything about this video is amazing (also, check out that young faced Adrian Grenier!). And it seems that Melissa felt the same way, too, as the actor decided to take to Instagram to share some adorable pictures of her and babyfaced Britney Spears.
"We did spend a lot of '99 dressing up and taking pics...," the caption reads.
Omg, we actually can’t get enough of all these looks. We love Brit’s dark lipstick and metallic tops (*secretly hopes they make a comeback*).
It’s almost pop culture myth that when Melissa Joan Hart and Britney Spears met, the pair went for a night out on the town.
“[Britney] was underage so I snuck her in the backdoor and we did a little dancing,” Hart recalled back in 2013. “And then people sort of swarmed on top of her and then she got stuck at a table hanging out with people, chitchatting. I was like, ‘I’ve got to go to work tomorrow can I go?’ And she was like, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, go, I am good. They will get me home.’”
Amazing.
