Starbucks is about to open a brand new MEGA-Starbucks
If there’s one thing we know for sure in life, it’s that we love Starbucks. We know, we know — it might not be the “hippest” place to get our caffeine-fix (like that tiny spot on the corner where all the baristas have handlebar mustaches and scoff when we ask for milk and sugar). But by gosh, WE LOVE IT.
Which is why we’re both psyched and intrigued to learn that Starbucks is opening a luxury megastore in Chicago.
According to a company press announcement, the four-story “Reserve Roastery” (as it will be called) will be located on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile and will be a “fully sensorial coffee environment dedicated to roasting, brewing and packaging its rare, small-batch Starbucks Reserve coffees from around the world.” Additionally, it will be “designed to bring coffee craft to life by offering multiple brewing methods, specialty Reserve beverages and mixology.”
It sounds like it will be similar to the shop’s flagship location in Seattle, which looks something like this:

Starbucks is also planning to open a roastery in NYC in 2018, so east-coasters won’t be left out either! And, according to Cosmopolitan.com, locations will also be opening in Shanghai, Tokyo, and Milan — so international Starbucks lovers can rejoice as well.
And, not for nothing, the brand has officially been crushing it lately. Seriously. Unicorn Fraps basically broke the internet last week. false
So we’re not all that surprised to see its continued world domination.
