This tee lists powerful sexual predators by name — including Donald Trump
Who else has been looking for the perfect fashion statement to take down your enemies? Well, here it is — Meg Shops in NYC is selling sweatshirts and T-shirts emblazoned with a full list of sexual predators and the dates of each perpetrator’s downfall.
The front of each piece reads “Another One Bites the Dust,” while the back lists out the many high-profile men whose careers have ended based on —in many cases — their multiple sexual assault and harassment allegations. The names include Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer, Louis C.K., Kevin Spacey, Bill O’Reilly, and Donald Trump. It even includes a cool name for the movement: “Knock Em Down Tour.”
These men have lost their jobs, roles, films, shows, and more because of the allegations against them — except for Trump. His date on the back of the shirt reads “TBD,” in hopes that a date will actually be determined in the future. After all, more than 20 women have come forward accusing Trump of sexual assault and misconduct, allegations which have been met with a maddening response from the White House stating that the women are simply lying.
Each sweatshirt goes for $59 and each shirt for $49.
To help get the world on track in believing victims when they speak up, $10 from every sale is going to the New York Alliance Against Sexual Assault and the Women’s Support Network of York Region, Ontario. So not only is the shirt a staple piece for any member of the resistance, but this cool tour merch goes to important causes that continue the culture of believing victims of sexual assault.
