McDonald’s is testing out a Sriracha Big Mac, so there is some good in the world

It’s been a rough few weeks, but as Aaron Eckhart said in The Dark Knight, “The night is darkest just before the dawn.”

And dawn is coming, my friends.

McDonald’s is currently testing out Sriracha Big Macs at 126 stores around Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to the new take on the classic double-decker sandwich, stores are also offering Big Mac Sriracha dipping sauce for fries or Chicken McNuggets — or for rubbing all over your body (I added that last part, but feel free to use my idea). The new products will stay on Columbus area menus through the end of the year.

McDonald’s also tested the dipping sauce and various Sriracha sandwiches at locations in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle earlier this year.

I may or may not currently be looking up flights to Columbus to try one of these.
