Mason Jar Apple Pies
Gotta love classic fall flavors like savory squash and pumpkin spice. However, for me, nothing beats cinnamon apple—especially not a good apple pie. Add spoons full of flaky crust and sweet filling dug out of a personal Mason jar, and there’s no contest.
Creating and eating single serving desserts has its perks. Serve individual treats to guests, and they’ll know the extra care it took to make each serving one at a time. I know I feel special when I get something I don’t have to share!
Single serving desserts like Mason jar pies are adorable and portable.. Portion controlled, but can save for later—even with a lattice crust, you can put a lid on it. Can’t go wrong with this simple recipe—5-ingredient filling, à la mode optional, but why would you say no to ice cream on warm pie? Look for the recipe below.
