Martha Stewart posted an ’80s throwback pic of herself in a little black dress, and we’re getting major Mrs. Robinson vibes

Martha Stewart’s usual Instagram posts consist of tropical fruit salad on painted blue Marbleware, updates on her award-winning chow chows, and snapshots of her travels. The businesswoman and jack-of-pretty-much-every trade practically invented having an #aesthetic, and does not post throwbacks to her feed often — which is why her followers were delighted when Martha Stewart posted a glamorous throwback photo from what looks like the ’80s.

On March 28th, the co-host of Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party uploaded the vintage shot from her first-ever Connecticut home.

In the stunning snapshot, Stewart is perched on the shoulder of a teal armchair surrounded by floral arrangements. She’s donning a low-cut LBD with a heart-shaped neckline, sheer black tights, and heels. Her blonde hair falls in a lob just past her shoulders, and she’s sporting oversized black stud earrings and natural makeup.

In short, she looks *amazing.*

"My assistant found this great photo of me in my library at Turkey Hill," Stewart captioned the photo. "Wish it was taken last month !!! photo by Henry Wolf."

“Gorgeous.” “Va va voom!” “Glam,” her fans hurried to comment.

Stewart purchased the Westport, Connecticut farmhouse in 1971 when she was 30 years old and kept it for decades. In a blog post she called it a “dream place for my family and me for many years,” adding: “It taught us, it nurtured us, it fed us, and it occupied us in so many wonderful and instructive ways. I would not be who I am today without the vast knowledge I gained there, on that small bit of paradise.”

All we can say is, may we all have such photogenic evidence of our pasts to show our grandchildren someday.
