Margot Robbie’s rainbow butterfly dress is the runway version of your childhood outfit
For the screening of Goodbye Christopher Robin, Margot Robbie kept it sweet in a dress any ’90s girl would love. While most celebs prefer looks straight from the most recent designer collections, Margot went retro in vintage Versace.
Because everything ’90s is new again, the Australian actress chose a Versace gown that wasn’t straight from the runway, but originally worn on the cover of Vogue. The April 1995 cover, featuring model Kristen McMenamy, only gave us a glimpse of the bodice of the gown.
Lucky for us, Margot showed off the entire ensemble, including the figure-flattering ruching and flowy train.

You probably remember the super bright colors and butterfly craze of the ’90s (raise your hand if you wore butterfly hair clips), but the star kept her look simple with peach blush, a nude lip, and accessories limited to a dainty necklace.

And she gave us a close-up look of the butterfly print dress, which includes vibrant touches of blue, pink, purple, and orange.

Margot clearly has a thing for the Italian designer. Earlier this week, she wore a fire engine-red Versace power suit straight off the spring/summer 2018 runway.
