This is how many calories in the Starbucks Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate

So, you’ve discovered the Starbucks Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate and you’ve since vowed to drink only the Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate for the rest of your days. Same here. But before we commit to this pledge, we need to see how many calories are in this new Starbucks Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate before we find out the hard way.

Thankfully, the Starbucks website gives us all the dirt on our new favorite drink, including the all-important calorie count. Keep in mind that the calorie count of each Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate serving size will vary depending on whether or not the whipped cream topping is included.

The whipped cream can add an additional 60-80 calories to the drink.

A Kids or Short (8 fl oz.) serving of the Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate, whipped cream included, will set you back 160 calories. A Tall (12 fl oz.) serving contains 210 calories, a Grande (16 fl oz.) contains 280, and a Venti (20 fl oz.) packs 320.

Customers can of course ask to have their beverage made with dairy, coconut, or soy milk rather than the signature Almondmilk. That, too, will affect the calorie count — especially if you opt for whole milk, which will generally increase the amount of calories in a serving.

A Short serving of the Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate also contains 9 grams of fat, which is 14% of your Percent Daily Value, or how much you need in a day. The Venti, with 16 g of fat, contains 25% of your Percent Daily Value. (Yikes!)

Okay, so maybe we won’t drink the Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate all day, every day. But when paired with a sugar cookie or when sipped while admiring the twinkly lights at the park, an occasional Toffee Almondmilk Hot Chocolate is perfectly acceptable.

It’s the holiday season after all, so treat yourself!
