Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia rap “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” theme song, NAIL IT

Tensions are high today, so we might as well lighten the mood a little with a video of Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia singing The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song. That’s right, the This is Us stars rapped the theme song on set while sitting at the kitchen table of their pretend home.
Glamour visited the set of This is Us and figured out the connection between Ventimiglia and Fresh Prince. As it turns out, it’s a pretty important one.
"That was my first paying gig," Ventimiglia told Glamour. "Will Smith treated me like a member of the family, and I will never forget how inclusive he was of everybody on the crew [and] everybody that was guest cast. He knew everyone's name, and that [taught me to] respect the entire process and get to know everybody."
The episode aired in 1995, and Ventimiglia played Party Guest #1 in the episode “Bourgie Sings the Blues.”
(To make things even more connect-y, Ventimiglia shares a birthday with Smith’s son Jaden!)
To really seal the Fresh Prince throwback deal, though, Glamour asked Ventimiglia and Moore to rap the theme song — and they did!

In case it was hard to tell, Ventimiglia admitted he was a fan of the show. Mandy Moore agreed. (Same, guys. We’re with you, rapping along, because yes, we know this song by heart.)
