This man specially requested a “picture of Christopher Walken” in his hotel room

When you’re traveling, sometimes you want to do it in style. And other times, you just want to see how carefully your room reservation gets read. Daniel Buckley requested a framed photo of Christopher Walken when he booked his room at Pembroke in Kilkenny, Ireland, and the staff? Well, they delivered. They really delivered.

It started out when Buckley was looking for a laugh. Know how some reservations let you add notes? Well, Buckley made sure that his stated how much he appreciated the Pulp Fiction-era work of Walken.

"When booking I felt mischievous so Luke Murphy and I wrote a strangely specific request for my room," he said on Facebook.

Buckley made sure the staff knew that a framed photo was best.

Pembroke staff members didn’t let him down.

Perhaps it was the fact that Buckley mentioned how his father once worked with Walken.

"My father was an assistant to Mr Walken for this film and this was his greatest accomplishment," Buckley included in his note. "We like to be reminded of this!"

We have so many questions. How did they get the signed photo in time? Who was in charge of getting the photo? Was Buckley allowed to keep the photo? And how many minutes of laughter followed after Buckley walked into his room?

We have a feeling that Pembroke is going to get a lot more reservations in the future based on this. Let’s just hope that all of them don’t ask for such strange (yet incredible) special requests!
