Maisie Williams posted the scariest photo with a very important reminder about safe driving
Sometimes in the speed and stress of our everyday lives, we can get a little careless with our safety. When we’re in a rush driving to work, maybe we make some lane changes or left turns that cut things a little closer than they should. Or perhaps while creeping along in traffic, we start texting or reading emails. But it is so important to remember that driving is dangerous, and it’s imperative to obey the rules, so we stay safe. Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark on Game of Thrones, posted a sobering reminder of how dangerous driving can be.

"I am so unbelievably thankful that my friend was lucky enough to walk away from this unharmed. 'I'd be dead if I was speeding, or if I wasn't wearing my seatbelt.' Chilling words to hear but they're so brutally honest. I know so many people who are guilty of not wearing seat belts, and driving too fast (including myself). It's a harsh reality we all have to face, we are not invincible, accidents will happen, and we won't always be as lucky as this. Please, please keep yourself safe, don't put your passengers, or any other drivers on the road, in danger."
This image is so terrifying and we are relieved to hear that Maisie’s friend got out unharmed, but not everyone is as lucky. In 2015, 38,300 people were killed in motor vehicle accidents in 2015, and roughly 4.4 million sustained injuries. There is enough danger on the road that we shouldn’t do anything to further tempt fate.
