Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner just exchanged adorable tweets, and #friendshipgoals

When castmates form a true bond on set, we think it’s incredible. Game of Thrones stars Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner are definitely close, and have the tweets to prove it. The pair haven’t made their friendship a secret, but still — being able to see their social media interactions is super sweet. While the two haven’t shared much screen time together in recent seasons, the two act like sisters even when the cameras aren’t rolling.

This particular interaction started up after a fan posted an image from an interview Williams and Turner both did. When asked about who’d make the best Queen of Westeros, the two chose each other. Because, #support.

It’s safe to say that these two truly love each other in real life.

Williams and Turner definitely have a lot in common. For one, they were both in their teens when the show started — so in a way, they kind of grew up together in an unlikely setting.

They’ve even dubbed themselves “Mophie,” which is super adorable.

We’re hoping these two will be able to share the screen again soon. Since Game of Thrones is wrapping up, it’s definitely probable. Season 7, which will only be seven episodes long (gasp!) starts up this July.
