Machine Gun Kelly “Really Wants to Make Up” and Is in Therapy with Megan Fox
The pair returned to couples therapy for daily sessions "before making any permanent decisions," says source.
Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are seeking a bit of outside assistance to help repair their recent relationship damage. A new source has revealed to Page Six that the celebrities are turning to couples therapy to try and keep the romance alive, despite rumors of infidelity between the two.
Fox and MGK became engaged in January 2022, but almost a year later, the Transformers actress caused a stir by suddenly deleting all photos of her and her musician beau.
She alluded to cheating rumors herself; in a since-deleted post, Fox used lyrics from Beyoncé’s “Pray You Catch Me,” and added, “You can taste the dishonesty/ it’s all over your breath,” along with photos of herself and a video of a burning envelope.
The star eventually deactivated her Instagram account entirely and was also allegedly spotted without her infamous thorned engagement ring.
While Fox has since reactivated her (now very empty) Instagram profile, it seems she’s not completely ready to forgive and forget whatever may or may not have transpired between MGK and other women.

According to an exclusive from Page Six, a source revealed the two are “talking to a couples therapist every day via Zoom” and that “Megan feels that they must give therapy a shot before making any permanent decisions.”
Another source added that the pair are back on “speaking” terms and “trying to work things out.”
This isn’t the first time Fox and MGK have used couples therapy to try and strengthen their relationship. The star of Jennifer’s Body indicated in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that they had “done every form of therapy that exists” after MGK attempted suicide back in 2020.
The singer reportedly put a shotgun in his mouth while speaking with Fox on a phone call, during a “dark period of his life” following the death of his father. Attending therapy sessions as a couple, and individually, helped Fox and her distressed partner work through their emotions.
“It’s definitely a process, it’s not an easy one,” Fox admitted in the interview. “Our therapist said that a relationship is basically the process of breaking each other down, but most people don’t have the tools to build each other back up, to rebuild.”
“It’s a constant process of, like, suffering and passion and love and the repeat cycles,” she added. “So, we’re just learning that, and navigating that, doing that together. There’s lots of all of those things all the time.”
According to published reports, reps for the celebrity couple have yet to confirm source information related to the latest reports of couples therapy. MGK also has not denied or confirmed the cheating rumors made against him.
