Mac users will soon have Siri on their computers

Get your questions ready, because it looks like Siri is coming to Mac. The voice command system, after taking over iPhones, iPads, Apple TV, and Apple Watch, will soon be coming to our computers as a button in our menu bars, according to 9to5Mac.

If you think about it, it’s kind of crazy that this hasn’t happened yet. It’s been in the works since 2012 as developers figured out exactly how they wanted the feature to interact with OS X, and is expected to finally become a reality on OS X 10.12 in June at Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference.

However, that doesn’t mean it’s just going to pop up on our laptops and computers. There will likely be a beta period before we get a full launch sometime in October.

9to5Mac has created a mockup of what the feature may look like, but we’re still waiting on the official word from Apple that will likely get us even more excited. Future, here we come.
