MAC collaborated with three iconic makeup artists on a collection that will leave you breathless
Are you currently breathing (I sure hope so if you’re reading this)?! Well, prepare yourself to be rendered breathless because now MAC collaborated with three makeup artists to bring you the perfect storm of tasteful and artistic makeup options that will transport you to a dreamy visual world.
The spring/summer 2017 partnership between MAC Cosmetics and well-known makeup artists is called the #MACMakeupArt collection and it offers up to 50 gorgeous new products designed in partnership with the makeup legends Kabuki, James Kaliardos, and Diane Kendal. Unsurprisingly, the results are both overwhelming and delightful. Each artist released a collection that emphasized their signature style while staying true to the glossy MAC aesthetic. The collection ranges from $17 to $42.
The collaboration with James Kaliardos is focused on playful yet fashion-forward makeup and even includes a space-like silver lipstick.
Considering the fact he’s done makeup for high-profile celebrities such as Madonna and Beyoncé, he knows what he’s doing.
As you can see, his collection channels playful but distinct everyday looks with everything from neon pink lipsticks to colorful compacts and bright duo blush sets.
We can totally see ourselves wearing these colors all throughout Spring!

The collection with Diane Kendal commits to full-on glamour with a focus on bold lips and bronzed eyeshadows and cheeks.
As you can see, her lineup is stacked with dramatic eyeshadow, bronzers, and mascara for thick lashes.

Unsurprisingly, the collection coming from Kabuki goes for a dramatic and colorful route, offering everything from highly pigmented blue cream eyeshadow to a stunning red lip color.
