Lucy Hale’s metallic hair tattoo is gorgeous and we need it for the holidays
We all know Lucy Hale has crazy-great hair game. Remember when she got basically the best blonde highlights ever? Also, when she had bangs and her mod-styled fringe was the stuff hair dreams are made of? Lucy, you always know just what to do with your locks. Because of the starlet’s A+ hair game, we are definitely taking our hair cues from her this holiday party season and investing in a metallic hair tattoo so we can look as low-key glam as she does in this recent Instagram she posted.
Hale got styled up for a Teen Vogue shoot by hair stylist Kristin Ess and the celeb stylist turned Lucy’s hair into a starry sky! So pretttttty!!!
It turns out that applying the hair tattoo is just as easy as applying regular old temporary skin tatts. Hooray! That said, stylist Ess did some have some sage words of hair tattoo advice, which she passed along to Teen Vogue:
“Place them in a spot you wouldn't be touching all night, she advises. “Also, you'll want to wear your hair in a secure way that isn't going to move and shake and break up the tattoo. Ponytails, buns, half-up, or even a style that's been bobby-pinned into place is ideal.
You can’t execute Ess’ advice better than a Lucy Hale’s low pony with her hair tattoo dancing all around her center part.
That said, just make sure to lock it in with some hairspray and make sure to get that perfect Instagram. Because goodness knows you’ve put in the work. You deserve the social media glory!
