Prepare for the most hilarious memes to come from Lizzo’s Barbie-sized AMAs bag
While lots of sequins, sparkles, and bold color wowed on the American Music Awards red carpet this year, there was one teeny, tiny accessory that single-handedly stole the show: Lizzo’s micro handbag.
Okay, you might need a magnifying glass to see it, but between her blinged-out metallic nails, the “Good as Hell” singer clutched an almost-microscopic white Valentino purse as an accessory to her custom orange sherbet ruffled Valentino gown.
The Barbie-sized bag (which can literally only fit on one finger) was arguably more statement-making than the dress itself. And though Lizzo teased her other brightly colored Maison Valentino handbag options in her Instagram Story before the show, she ultimately chose the one that could fit all the fucks she has to give, which is to say, zero.
The bag (of which there are only only three in the world) was the subject of much questioning on the carpet, but as always, Lizzo came armed with the jokes for what she’s keeping inside. “There’s a lot, I got tampons, a flask of tequila, some condoms,” she laughed during one interview.
