ICYMI: Lindsay Lohan is now rocking a much different haircut

Lindsay Lohan is known for her signature mermaid-length red locks, but these days, she’s the queen of reinvention. And Lindsay is showing off a totally different haircut on the set of her new show.

Don’t worry, she’s still rocking her iconic red hair, but Lindsay debuted new short hair on Instagram, and it looks fabulous!

We’re not sure how permanent the look is, seeing as it’s a cast photo for her new British comedy, so it may be temporary, but either way, we’re loving the change. New gig, new hair!

Lindsay will be starring alongside Rupert Grint (aka Ron Weasley) in the second season of Sick Note, and it seems like she’s thrilled to be back on set.

The actress’ new look may be strictly for her new role, seeing as she posted an Instagram shot a day earlier with her long strawberry blonde locks still in tact, but we think she looks fantastic either way, and we can’t wait to see more from the set of her new show.

It certainly seems like the bob is back in full force for summer, with stars like Vanessa Hudgens and Kylie Jenner debuting short bobs for the season. It makes perfect sense…who wants to deal with all that long hair when the temps are in the 90s and the humidity is at an all-time high?

We’re so happy to see Lindsay back on set and think she looks great with a chin-length angled bob. Now hold on while we call our stylists to get this look for ourselves!
