Lindsay Lohan is writing a book, and we cannot wait to read it

Lindsay Lohan is about to turn 30! SO crazy how time flies. Wasn’t it just yesterday that we all just six-years-old living vicariously through Linds in The Parent Trap? Lindsay has been through a lot, but these days her life seems to have mellowed out. She left Hollywood and now lives in London with her boyfriend Egor Tarabasov, a Russian real estate agent and heir to his father’s construction business. And, apparently, she’s writing a book now, too! WHAT!?

In an enlightening interview with Vanity Fair, Lindsay, who is currently in Greece with friends and family, discussed what it feels like to turn 30, what her plans are next, and if she has any regrets. Lindsay says:

“I feel great! Age is only a number, right? I have learned a lot over time. I am in a wonderful place in life and look forward to the near and far future and projects that I am working on.”

Here’s what we know so far about Lindsay’s book:

“I am in the process of writing a book, and I am very excited to share my personal experiences in life and how to overcome obstacles. I hope that my words will connect with those who need some guidance when [or] if they are in a tough place. I am grateful that I have a voice, which I can now feel comfortable using as a platform to let people know that we all have ups and downs in life, and we can all come up from the downs if we get in touch with our inner self and spiritual side.”

We love that she’s taking time to reflect on her personal journey — as tumultuous as it’s been, it seems like she’s learned a lot about herself.

Lindsay also revealed she’ll be helping children and miiiight even have some of her own one day!

“Making more films, writing my book, starting my charity, working with children a lot. Maybe having some of my own soon—after I get some movies done, first.”

And as for her advice to us 29-year-olds turning the big 3-0?

“Just, be happy and take care of yourself! Not to freak out. Embrace it.”

Hells to the YEAH. We CANNOT wait to read this book. We love your bravery, Lindsay!
