Lily Rabe coming back to ‘AHS’ to terrify the hell out of everybody

HUGE American Horror Story news, everyone, so listen up! Lily Rabe is once again returning to the show she’s called home for the past few years, but it sounds like this time she’s here to murder everyone. And we’re really excited about this. Maybe not so much the murder part? (But then again, this is AHS we’re talking about, so.)

Entertainment Weekly announced her casting earlier today, explaining that she’s checking into this latest AHS season, Hotel. While she’s still in “talks” for the role, we can basically count on her coming back. She’s got to come back, right? RIGHT. Her character is being described as a serial killer, who has previously stayed at the hotel where Season 5 takes place. When she drops in for a stay this time, things probably won’t go so well, and here’s to her teaming up with Lady Gaga, who’s also being billed as a baddie for this season.

Rabe is one of several actors who has appeared in multiple seasons of Ryan Murphy’s AHS. She’s also one of the few who has played the same character over the last two seasons. Quick refresher: Her character from AHS: Asylum, Sister Mary Eunice, showed up again last season during AHS: Freak Show. It’s probably safe to assume Sister Mary Eunice won’t be returning as a murderous serial killer nun this time around…. But then again this is still AHS always has a few wild cards up its sleeve, so who knows? Pretty much anything is fair game.

She’ll join the cast that already includes fabulous people like Gaga, along with Max Greenwood, Matt Bomer, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, and of course, Sarah Paulson.

American Horror Story: Hotel is set to premiere sometime in October. Its first episode is appropriate titled, “Checking In.” Oh don’t worry, we will be.
