Unfortunately, this isn’t Lil Wayne’s first time dealing with major seizures.

Lil Wayne’s plane was forced to make an emergency exit twice in one week when he experienced back-to-back seizures in July of 2016, after which the rapper publicly revealed that he suffers from epilepsy; He apparently fell ill after running out of his medication. In 2013, Wayne spent time in the intensive care unit in Los Angeles after a series of life-threatening seizures. He explained that his health scare was due to stress, saying “The reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest, overworking myself. That’s just typical me though.”

Wayne is set to hit the stage on September 17 at the Paid Dues Festival in Los Angeles. Here’s to hoping he has a safe, speedy recovery.
