This Instagram photo just replaced Justin Bieber’s as the most-liked

Let’s take a quick look at the History of the Most-Liked Instagram of All Time. First, we have Kendall Jenner’s heart hair Instagram photo, which presently has 3.6 million likes:

Next up is Justin Bieber’s #tbt image, which was posted three months ago and features the singer kissing his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. That’s right – though these two weren’t back together (officially, at least), Justin felt compelled to publicly reminisce about his past love with this super sweet, slight blurry photo. It now has 3.7 million likes:

This brings us to the present.

We’re excited to announce that this is currently the most-liked photograph on Instagram with 4.1 million likes:

Clearly, Selena Gomez is the Queen of Instagram. I mean, just look at how royally stunning she looks in the above snapshot, which is part of Coca-Cola’s “Share a Coke and a Song” campaign presenting song lyrics on the side of the company’s bottles. On the bottle Selena is drinking, it features the lyric “You’re the spark,” which is from her song “Me & the Rhythm.”

“When your lyrics are on the bottle,” wrote Selena, to caption the now iconic image.

When talking to The Hollywood Reporter about the secret to her Instagram success, this is what Selena had to say: “I try to find a good balance of just being 100 percent myself and knowing when to post a really good selfie with good lighting,” adding that she tries not to force anything and that there is no specific method to her madness. (Having a tour photographer come along for the ride also helps.)
