This woman's apology note to a barista is an extremely important reminder to treat service workers with respect
After their “curt” encounter in a drive through, a woman’s heartfelt apology to a Starbucks employee is making waves online.
A Reddit user with the username CircleAddict posted a photo of a handwritten card to the site, explaining that a customer named Debbie returned to the cafe to apologize for her behavior in the drive through the previous day.
The heartfelt apology came with a $50 bill, and is a sweet reminder to not leave a “trail of unkindness” as we go about our days.
Everyone we meet — from the people we work with to the people brewing and serving our coffee — is just trying, like us, to get through the day. We could all use a little push to be kinder to the people we meet and spread a little more positivity through the world.
