The Winter Solstice is just as mystical as we are...
This week, we celebrate the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and the longest night of the year!
According to Forever Conscious,
The moon has always been perceived as a feminine symbol, representing the rhythm of time as it embodies a cycle. As for the phases of the moon, they symbolize immortality and enlightenment. The moon can easily remind us of the cycles we witness here on Earth, since it controls the tides, the rains, the waters, and the seasons.
In other words, let’s take the time to reflect and celebrate the moon’s energy.

Hope you swim by next week!
