Your weekly horoscope is in for a wild ride. Mercury, which is in Leo, squares off with Uranus, which is in Taurus, on August 10th. Your eccentricities will shine bright, even though your thought processes are scattered. Mars, which is in Aries, shares a tense connection with Pluto, which is retrograde in Capricorn, on August 13th. During this time, you will start to face all of your fears—the bad and the downright ugly.

The “Great Awakener” Uranus begins its retrograde journey in Taurus on August 15th, lasting until January 14th, 2021. The next five months will bring shocks, surprises, and the unexpected to light. Fasten your seatbelts; this week is gonna get a little bumpy!

Here's your weekly horoscope. Remember to read your rising sign, too.

Pick your battles wisely, especially when it comes to how you assert yourself within your relationships. You may find that you’re making a mountain out of a molehill and that the argument isn’t worth the trouble. Think twice before popping off impulsively and creating bigger problems than you initially intended.

Unfortunately, the past is catching up with you. Before you run away from such matters, discuss them head on. Then, you can apologize easily and feel as though you’ve done the best you can to mend these relationships by taking responsibility for past issues. This will also clear your karma.

Rather than jumping to conclusions based on hearsay, try to find the facts of the matter before confronting others. If you feel as though you cannot access truths within your relationships, then lean into your intuition to find the real tea. Listen to your gut!

Although it may be hard, put your needs first this week. Before you give to others, make sure that your cup is full. Don’t allow it to run empty. Implementing self-care routines in your daily vibes throughout the week will help to aid and heal you throughout this rejuvenation process.

You’re absorbing other people’s energies, which is making you feel extremely anxious. If you can, try to disconnect from your computer, phone, and social media for a few hours a day to have a few tranquil moments for yourself. Use the free time to meditate and decompress.

Watch what you say and how you speak to others this week. Your friends may have an issue with your tonality, which will cause issues to heighten. If your crew tells you that you aren’t being nice, offer them a sincere apology. Fixing the issue right away is necessary.

Right now you're undergoing major changes in your life. And, contrary to other people, you are willing to evolve and go with the flow. Be aware that you will be forced to deal with old hurts and wounds, which may trigger you. Embrace them with ease. It’s part of the process.

One-on-one relationships are extremely erratic—so much so that you are feeling as if you are on a never-ending roller coaster ride. This is just the beginning of the ups and downs you’ll be facing. Therefore, it’s important for you to strap yourself in and enjoy the ride.

You often scratch the surface when it comes to dealing with your feelings. It’s not that you don’t want to access them, but you're avoiding them when it comes to intimacy—particularly with yourself. Don’t run away from your emotions this week. Embrace them with an open heart.

Instead of forcing relationships to be more secure, focus that energy on yourself. Use your innate power to become more confident within. Then, you can win in every area of your life—including love. Keep in mind that this will take time. Don’t rush the healing and transformative processes.

Your personal life may be undergoing a lot of changes, all of which are making you feel a little unhinged at the moment. Lean into your heart to understand what you need to change, and let go of everything that has little importance in your life. This will help you.

Stop worrying about the future and dwelling on the past. Instead, try to stay in the present. Focusing on life moment by moment will help you to become appreciative of all that you have, rather than taking it for granted. This will also help you to think more positively.
