You'll be able to visit the Titanic wreckage soon — but it'll cost you
Have you felt something calling you towards the sea? Do you often wake up singing “My Heart Will Go On” with no explanation why? Maybe the Titanic is calling you to come for a visit — and you’re in luck because a London-based travel company is now offering tours of the Titanic wreckage. Yep, you could go under the sea and visit the wreckage James Cameron hoped to hauntingly portray back in 1997 with your own eyes.
Interested? Well beginning in 2018, a whopping 106 years post-sinking, tourists will be able to get an up-close and personal experience with the wreckage of probably the most famous shipwreck ever. But we’d advise against trying to reenact this scene while you’re down there.
So what can you expect on the excursion? Blue Marble Private will give you an exclusive chance to experience the ship over the course of eight days and amongst a small group of travellers.
And hey, this once in a lifetime experience will only cost you about $105,129. But what’s money when you can see this stunning sight with your own eyes?! Maybe you’ll have to skip a coffee or two to save up, but surely it would be worth it!
This sounds pretty epic. If you want to check out the Titanic in person, you can contact Blue Marble Private for more info. Who knows maybe you’ll even find that necklace down there while you’re exploring!
