All our married girlfriends have some sort of disaster story to share about their wedding planning experience… but do any of those stories involve a crashing helicopter? We doubt it!

The above photograph, taken by talented photographer CM Leung on location in Iceland, shows an Icelandic Coast Guard helicopter flying incredibly close to a bride posing for a portrait.

According to PetaPixel, the chopper wasn’t a planned part of the shoot. Rather, it flew overhead in an attempt to rescue a man who had fallen off a nearby cliff.

We’re certain the bride wasn’t counting on that kind of real-life special effect! Now her photographs will now be even more memorable, if that’s possible.
