  • Nope
  • Still no.
  • Too early.
  • I can sleep for 10 more minutes and still get in an easy 4 miles, right?
  • Actually if I sleep another 10 minutes I can still get in 4 and just not wash my hair.
  • Okay, now I probably only have time for 3 miles.
  • I shouldn’t even go now.
  • I need to catch up on my sleep.
  • Oh right, I’m supposed to go to happy hour after work.
  • I’m not missing that.
  • Alright, I’m up.
  • I’m ready.
  • I’m feeling alive.
  • I really should eat something.
  • But not too much because it’s early.
  • Plus I need coffee.
  • Never mind I don’t have time for this.
  • I’ll just have a drink of water. That will hold me.
  • I’m out the door!
  • Why don’t I do this more often?
  • It’s so much cooler in the AM.
  • Plus my neighbors think I’m fit AND an early riser.
  • LOOK AT THAT SUNRISE.
  • That makes up for everything.
  • I’ve never seen anything more beautiful.
  • Wait, now it’s kind of just hotter and the sky just looks blue again.
  • That was like, 5 minutes of sunrise.
  • Great now I’m sweating

  • This really isn’t that much less heat than an evening run.
  • Also this outfit I’m wearing has no business being together.
  • I can’t believe how many people go for walks this early.
  • People actually walk their dogs in the morning? I thought that was a Hollywood thing.
  • This was such a good idea.
  • I’m going to be so happy when this is over and I have the whole day in front of me still.
  • I’m definitely making breakfast when I get home.
  • Wait no I’m not – what time is it even?
  • Damn it – I need to leave for work in 30 minutes.
  • No, my boss will appreciate me taking care of my health.
  • No she won’t
  • Okay I’ll turn back now.
  • My house could not be further away than it is right now.
  • Actually I think that building up there is about halfway.
  • I’m close.
  • I can take like, a two-minute shower, and be good.
  • Almost there.
  • Home sweet home!
  • This was so worth it.
  • I feel so great knowing this is over and I can drink all the wine with no shame tonight.
  • That wasn’t so bad.
  • Wait, I only have 12 minutes to get ready.
  • Shower – check.
  • Hair – still sweaty.
  • I’ll blow-dry it. That should work.
  • Sweat and water are obviously not the same thing.
  • My face is STILL red.
  • I think I’m actually still sweating.
  • How is that possible?
  • I still haven’t had coffee.
  • How is that possible?
  • Makeup will fix everything – it always does
  • Makeup did not fix anything.
  • My foundation is melting off my face.
  • My eyeliner is running but not in the cool-like Amy Winehouse-way.
  • Whatever, at least I have a natural blush going.
  • What is the least amount of clothes I can put on, still be somewhat appropriate and not sweat through?
  • This black dress will do.
  • My hair still looks ridiculous.
  • Ooooo – top knot!
  • Alright, I’m presentable.
  • And only 6 minutes behind schedule.
  • I still didn’t eat.
  • Or drink any coffee.
  • I’ll stop by Starbucks on my way in.
  • Yes! Donuts in the office.
  • I need 6 – I ran this morning.
