No matter how hard they work at simultaneously rearing children and barely maintaining their sanity, mothers too often don’t get the credit they deserve for being real-life superheroes. That said, we implore you to take some time out of your day to literally bow in appreciation and amazement at this multi-tasking mother who worked her photography gig with two kids in tow.

When you’re a mom, you gotta do what you gotta do, which explains why it was totally NBD for Melissa Wardlow to snap photos with a 3-year-old toddler and an 8-month-old baby strapped to her body.

Behold this impressive feat, people:

No, your eyes do not deceive you. She’s balancing the weight of TWO additional human beings and attempting to feed one of them while making sure her high school football photos have the perfect artistic blur. TBH, Wardlow’s probably under more pressure in this moment than we’ve faced all week, so our hats go all the way off to her.

Dallas Morning News special contributor John F. Rhodes photographed the moment and although Wardlow shrugs it off as “just a normal day,” the viral response to the pic proves that we’re not the only ones blown away by her task-juggling skills.

Alright, so it goes without saying that Wardlow is major #momgoals who, at the least, deserves a lifetime supply of spa days and breakfast in bed.
