If you’ve ever wanted to live in your own private club bigger than most luxury resorts, have we got the home for you.

A Bel-Air estate listed Wednesday, instantly became the country’s most expensive home for sale. At only $250 million, the ridiculously luxurious property could be yours.

Located at 924 Bel Air Road in Los Angeles, it weighs in at 38,000-square-feet, with four-levels, two master suites, 10 oversize ‘VIP’ guest suites and 21 bathrooms. Totally legal.

The humble abode also features a 40-seat 4K Dolby Atmos Theater, a four-lane bowling alley, a helipad (for your helicopter, naturally), a massage studio/wellness spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, five bars, three gourmet kitchens and a 17,000-square-foot entertainment deck.

The video looks like something out of a Wes Anderson film.

Every object carefully curated, and in its rightful place.

The brainchild of developer Bruce Makowsky, the home was built on spec – specifically to be sold, rather than for a client.

Sure sounds like Alistair Hennessey’s cup of tea.

Ooh ooh! Or Tony Stark. He and Hennessey can fight over it.

“Until now, the ultra-luxury market was void of homes that even came close to matching the level of mega-yachts and private jets that billionaires spend millions of dollars on every year. There are hundreds of new billionaires created each year and they are increasingly setting their sights on this coveted enclave of California for everything the state has to offer,” Maskowsky continues.

The home also features an 85-foot glass-tile infinity pool with a swim-up bar, an outdoor hydraulic pop-up theater, two fully-stocked champagne/wine cellars, a massive self-serve candy wall (you’ll have to hire someone to keep that filled, probably)…

and a giant bedazzled camera statue under the spiral glass staircase. Because, #because.

But that’s not all! The home also comes with an auto gallery, with 12 cars and 10 motorcycles, valued at more than $30 million.

Oh, and an Airwolf helicopter, so you don’t have to bring your own. Convenient.
