Sydney Leroux Dwyer, forward on the U.S. women’s national soccer team, is expecting her first child in September. She’s been celebrating the joyous occasion on social media, sharing pics of her growing baby bump at the beach, on the red carpet, and everywhere in between. Unfortunately, some trolls have been leaving rude comments on the Olympian’s photos—particularly on one of her going tubing on the lake.

“How are you tubing pregnant?” one user asked. “Ur gonna kill ur baby,” another wrote. But Sydney didn’t just let their hurtful comments slide—she expertly shut them down with a gorgeous pic of her pregnant belly and heartfelt caption. This post says it all.

“MY body is the body that is creating life. MY body is the one that has stretch marks and cellulite and varicose veins and sore hips and back pain that runs down my legs. MY body is the body that is tired and sore and emotional and the happiest it’s ever been.”

Unfortunately, women being shamed for their pregnant bellies is not a new occurrence. We think Sydney knows exactly what she’s doing, and would never do anything to harm her baby. Plus, like she says—what she does with her body is her decision.

Seriously, how cute is this mom-to-be?

Keep the cute pics coming, Sydney!
