These specialty restaurants can sate your most niche cravings

In that same “I want to go to there” spirit, GOOD put together a list of six other restaurants that do one thing, but do it well.
There’s the American Grilled Cheese Kitchen in San Francisco:
I will take everything in that photo, thank you. (Also, strawberries with grilled cheese? Will note that for the future.)
Nutellopia in Alexandria, Egypt knows how to sate your hazelnut sweet tooth:
For the gourmands among us, La Maison de la Truffle in Paris takes on, well:
That is just beautifully obscene.
What other one-ingredient restaurant wonders exist in the world? How about Potatopia, an East Coast chain that specializes in the humble spud:
Drunken Dumpling, in NYC, makes all sorts of dumplings but especially giant soup dumplings:
And while this technically isn’t just one food, Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar in Los Angeles only serves breakfast at night, which is obviously the best time to die into everything from cereal to what appears to be the best burger in the world:
Happy eating, folks. May no craving be left unsated.
