Not a day goes by when we don’t think about pizza. Mainly because it’s delicious and worth thinking about, but also because it’s constantly in the news.

People are always trying to one-up each other when it come to creating the best, most over-the-top, tasty pie — and we’re definitely not mad about it.

A few months ago, we met the volcano pizza. Shortly after that we were introduced to the gold-covered pizza. Last week, it was a pizza box made out of pizza. And today it’s the pizza bomb, and it’s on fire. Literally.

The Place in Seoul, an Italian restaurant in South Korea created the “Bomb Pizza,” which is basically a giant ball of dough filled with sauce, cheese and toppings.

Customers have their choice of ordering pink or black (squid ink flavor) dough, which is brought to the table, brushed with alcohol and lit on fire. The pizza is engulfed in flames right at the table — making it possibly the most dangerous, yet mesmerizing pizza in existence. Once the flame burns out, customers are left with pizza on a flavorful crust.

The pizza is likely cooked thoroughly before it’s brought to the table, but the novelty of it is still fun. And the end result is pizza. So that part is fun too.
