The CIA /

We all need help from man’s best friend sometimes — even the CIA. Allow us to introduce you to Harry, the explosives detection dog who’s replacing Lulu. You may remember hearing all about Lulu, the black lab who didn’t take an interest in detecting explosive odors. Aka, she basically flunked CIA bomb school. Yup, it’s a thing.

Luckily, though, they seemed to find a great replacement for Lulu in Harry. The “pupdate” was posted on the CIA’s blog and stated that since Harry’s joining the class a few weeks in, he has to catch up to his doggy classmates. He’s also the only male dog in the class. But he’s doing great so far!

Here’s the CIA’s first tweet about Harry.

Awwwww. That face! Luckily, it wasn’t too late for Harry to join the others.

And it seems like Harry has the skills the CIA’s looking for.

It also seems like he’s got what it takes to fit in with the rest of the class.

If you’re wondering what happened to Lulu, she’s safe and sound, and probably sniffing out dog bones instead of explosive odors — and that’s perfectly okay. Not every job is for everyone.

In any case, we congratulate Harry for joining the class and can’t wait to see how he does. More pupdates, please!
