Paris Jackson opened up about her isolated childhood and adjusting to life in the "real world"
Growing up as the daughter of Michael Jackson (whose intergalactic fame is still climbing to new heights), Paris Jackson’s childhood was pretty out of the ordinary. In the April issue of Harper’s Bazaar, Jackson discusses her father and opened up about life after his death.
Paris noted that because of who her dad was, her life was necessarily extremely shielded from the outside world.
via giphyParis noted that the transition wasn’t difficult because her childhood was bad — in fact, it was the opposite. Her father made sure she and her siblings felt so loved and supported that it was the realities of the rest of the world that hurt.
According to her Instagram account she is a “Traveler,” but Paris is SO many awesome things. This year she made her acting debut in an episode of the FOX series Star and was featured on the February cover of Rolling Stone. Yeah, she’s a badass. And he also just landed a major modeling contract.
Also, is it just us, or is she kinda channeling her inner-Madonna on this Harper’s Bazaar cover?!
Totally! And we dig it.
We can’t wait to see where Paris’s career takes her. Whether it’s acting or writing or something else entirely. She’s got a great head on her shoulders, and we’re sure she’ll go far. Keep crushing it, girl!
