However, Pinterest’s most popular sandwich has us a little confused, because it doesn’t appear to be a sandwich at all—at least, not the traditional version of the sandwiches we’ve come to love.
What’s the sandwich, you ask?
It’s a recipe that substitutes bread with cucumber slices and an added flavor of cheese and roast beef.

So it seems like these sandwiches are actually bite sized, low carb treats. It could pass for an appetizer more than anything, which just means we’ll have to eat a few more to fulfill our hunger. Not mad about it.
Pinterest has been blowing up with the no-bread sandwich ideas lately. The no-bread Italian sub roll-up is made of meat, more meat, and a hunk of cheese. This sandwich has been shared and saved 160,000 times.
