9 podcasts you should listen to if you want to be more responsible with money
Even the least materialistic people in the world still need money. It’s just a simple fact. But for most of us, money is a complicated subject. It’s okay if you’re uncertain about 401(k)s and the stock market. And if the only bond you know about is Bond, James Bond, you’re not alone. But part of being responsible and #adulting is getting your sh*t together financially, so we created this list of nine money podcasts you should listen to if you want to make your bank account sing.
The more time you spend in the workforce, the more you’ll realize that wealth has a lot to do with factors outside of how well you perform at your job. While those factors often have to do with systemic biases, you can still do a lot to take control of your own financial situation. That’s not to say we should all stop fighting for pay equity, because that situation definitely has to change. But if you want to earn more money or save more money or simply learn more about money, these podcasts will help.
Sadly, popping your headphones into your ears won’t suddenly make 100 bucks appear in your wallet—how cool would that be? But just listening to these financial experts can certainly make a difference in your life over time. Listening to a free money podcast may just turn out to be the best (time) investment of your life.
