Hilcorp Energy Co. takes “Happy Holidays” to the next level. Back in 2010, the privately-owned oil and gas production company gave their employees the choice between a $50,000 vehicle voucher or $35,000 cash as thanks for doubling the company, and this year, every single employee, from high-up managers to the everyday essential receptionists, received close to a $100,000 bonus, Mashable reports.

Each employee’s estimated $100,000 was prorated based on their time of service over the past five years. This bonus wasn’t just inspired by the season of giving, it’s also a reward to employees for helping the company reach its five-year “dream.” That is, doubling its oil field production rate, net oil and gas reserves, equity value, and the size of the company.

Receptionist Amanda Thompson is one of the grateful employees who received the bonus, telling Fox 26 Houston, “Somedays, I look down the hall and can’t believe these are my bosses and they are the best.”

She’s not the only one who feels this way. Hilcorp Energy Co. was also named in the list of 2015 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For. With such consistent and extreme generosity, it’s easy to see why.
